UK Delivery
All UK orders over £300 (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Orders under £300 (ex VAT) are subject to a flat rate delivery charge of £4.99 (ex VAT).
We operate a 2 working day handling time on all orders.
Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 2 to 3 working days to arrive.
All deliveries are sent using 2-3 day standard delivery with a range of trusted couriers.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
European & Worldwide Shipping
At present, we deliver within the UK only.
If you are based in Europe or elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@puretradegems.co.uk and we will assess whether we are able to assist.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days after dispatch.
In most cases, orders should be received within 5 working days of ordering.
During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch or delivery times may take slightly longer. All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Issues
If your delivery is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@puretradegems.co.uk with your order number and tracking details.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please note that claims for loss or damage may require photographic evidence and cooperation with courier claims procedures.
